Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-09-10

These terms apply to the Affiliate VDO Automation application and to this website. Using either means accepting them. If you do not accept them, do not use the application and do not authorise it on any account.

1. What the service is

Affiliate VDO Automation is software that helps one person plan, prepare and keep track of short affiliate videos, and — where an account holder has authorised it — read back the public engagement figures for videos that account already published. It runs on the operator's own computer. It is not a hosted service and there is no user account on this website.

2. Current scope, and what it does not do

The application prepares material. A person publishes it. Nothing in the current feature set posts, uploads, schedules or deletes content on a social platform without a person doing it. The TikTok integration described on this site is read-only and, at the effective date above, is not yet enabled.

Features described here are the features that exist or are being prepared now. They may change, and a feature described as intended may not arrive.

3. Your accounts are yours, and so is the responsibility

You are responsible for the social, affiliate and commerce accounts you use, for keeping their credentials safe, for what you publish from them, and for whether you had the right to publish it.

You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies and community rules of every platform you use, including any requirement to disclose that a post is affiliate or paid content, and any advertising or consumer-protection rule that applies where you are. This software does not judge whether your content or your disclosures meet those rules, and using it is not evidence that they do.

4. No promise about results

Nothing here promises that any video will be seen, that any affiliate link will earn anything, or that any particular level of income or engagement is achievable. Affiliate income depends on decisions made by platforms, merchants and viewers, none of which this software controls or predicts.

5. No promise about availability

The application and this website are provided as they are, without any warranty. They may be unavailable, may contain defects, and may stop working after an update to an operating system or to a service they depend on. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you would not want to lose.

6. Third-party platforms may change without notice

The application depends on interfaces published by third parties. Those parties may change what their interfaces return, restrict who may use them, require an approval this project does not hold, or withdraw them entirely, at any time and without notice to anyone. Any such change may remove or break a feature described on this site, and that is outside this project's control.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the application:

8. Ending use

You may stop using the application at any time, and you may withdraw any authorisation you have granted it from the platform where you granted it. An authorisation may also be ended by the platform that issued it, under that platform's own rules. Because the application runs on your own computer and has no account behind it, nobody here can switch off a copy that is already installed, and these terms do not pretend otherwise.

9. Who operates this

No legal entity, registered address, governing law or jurisdiction is named in these terms, because none has been decided; nothing here should be read as a choice of any of them. If that changes, this section will say who operates the service and under which law these terms are read.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms will change as the software changes. When they do, the effective date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the application after a change means accepting the changed terms.
